It's perfect for Spring or Easter. I love the colors of the fabric! It doesn't cost a lot to make this and burlap is pretty inexpensive, about 2.99 a yard.
I usually wait for coupons to get the materials. Robert Crafts usually have 40% or 50% coupons each week at the store. You should find them at the customers service desk. Usually Micheals or Hobby Lobby send out coupons in Sunday newspapers or sign up on their website to receive coupons through email. For Joanns and Hancock coupons to buy the burlap, go to their websites and sign up as well. They'll email you the coupons, too.
